Founders Tree Co. provides professional tree care services, including:
Tree removal
Tree trimming and pruning
Stump grinding
Emergency tree services
Land and lot clearing
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property access. Service agreements will be provided in writing before work begins and must be accepted by the client.
Estimates are free and provided in writing based on an initial site assessment.
Once approved, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.
We accept cash, check, and other forms of payment as noted in your agreement.
Additional charges may apply for unforeseen issues not visible during the initial inspection (e.g., hidden utility conflicts, decay, or underground obstacles).
By agreeing to our services, you confirm that:
You are the legal property owner or have the authority to request work.
We will have access to the property on scheduled service days.
You have disclosed any underground utilities, septic systems, or known hazards.
Pets and children will be kept safely away from work areas during service.
We are fully licensed and insured, including general liability and worker’s compensation coverage.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Founders Tree Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, poorly marked utilities, or incidents caused by factors outside our control (e.g., sudden storms, unstable ground, etc.).
Any accidental damage will be documented and handled in accordance with our insurance policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Emergency weather events or unsafe working conditions may require us to delay or reschedule services. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and reschedule promptly.
When using our website, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when filling out forms
Not use our site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Not attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse our content or systems
We reserve the right to restrict access to our site or services if any misuse is detected.
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Founders Tree Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.
Founders Tree Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Mecklenburg or Iredell County.
